it sounds like you have fixed it but you could link(or append) the new rig to the current file you are working on

that way if the rig changes in the linked file (or you link it to a new version)- it gets automatically updated

I don’t think that I will be participating this month. I have another animation that I’m working on plus a much larger project but I will have a few moments here and there for crits. If anyone wants some feedback just send me a message and where to find your video and I will provide what help I can.

These bugs are awesome! It allows us to make the rig better!

I may be able to participate, but with school starting I am not sure.

When the base bone is rotated, the head does not follow. I might have to leave my entry for the next BAC6, too many bugs. I can not link the file as Waylow suggested since I have a few modifications that do not want to be over-written. Sorry may be next time…good Luck to everyone:(

Just a simple question: I’m checking the ManCandy FAQ out this week so I’ll try to participate in the contest. Is it already possible to animate with the current 2.5 builds or is it just to unstable/not enough features back at the moment?

Accessoire if you question is related weather you are allowed to animate with 2.5 then the answer is yes you are.
We are only interested in the final solution.
If you want to know if 2.5 is stable enough… beats me be adventureouse and see how far you get.

Yeah I wanted to know if it is stable enough. You’re right. I’ll just try. If it doesn’t work I’ll just finish it when it is possible.

I have two questions:
Can i use this 3d text credit at the end?

Another question, can you use special effects? Like say…disentagration or emitting particles? (just small stuff for emphasis)
