http://www.pasteall.org/blend/19992Here radar for radar sensor.

I found it to be an interesting and unique design, I personally like it. I also checked the blend and you modelled it cleanly, that is well done. My only critique would be to provide the viewer/user some notion how the top half remains in “space”. If it is meant to float, some planes with electrical arches between the two for example would give a clue as to “how”. It will be cool to see it shoot if you all carry it forward.

Good job!

I love the enthusiastic work,
But the issue is that we must move forward cautiously, testing each part fits into the next,

We are making a puzzle, that is a puzzle to make

Check out the component cube, make pieces that make sense and that snap on it like Legos,
We need modular enemies made of the same pieces as the modular puzzles,
We need modular Architecture So we can “Tile” the whole world after we have enough “Chunks” that make sense.

Post here if you want to contribute to project Wrectified,
We need order to finish off my chaos

Post an example of the thing you want to help with,

Example- I am a Modeler here is a Demo model for this genre **

We need -

  1. Texture artists
  2. Mechanical Designers / Sketchers
  3. Organic Designers / Sketchers
  4. Writers
  5. Voice Actors(later on)
  6. PYTHON CODERS
    7. Logic coders
  7. TEAM MANAGEMENT - winks @ monster -
  8. Animators
  9. Level and puzzle designers/testers

I am best at thinking, and worst at doing

But I can model, animate, code and am learning textures

I am not the best at any one thing,

So I would prefer to direct and observe, and let the pros fill in what is missing, while I generate sketches and art direction,

here ya go

So you can model?
Lets see some of youres 3d finished works.

Are you doing your own personal file as well akira ? you have helped me more then anyone, accept maybe Raco

Finally, something cool you just showed! And im back.

I have been so busy trying to learn to make a game, I have not had time to do what I love

Thank you!!

It means alot coming from you

you are one of the better artists I know

Why don’t you make the models we give you modular?

The issue is that we need an overall style that matches, and looks immersive,

so we need to be certain to have our styles mesh,

Akira, can you turn his turret into a lowpoly high detail, like the magic you work? I think I can use it as a acoustic sensor,
But grab the turret base from my TheRet.blend

so he can see the magic in action

I would be glad to see it.

I could try, just give me some refs to look at? The file is, link?

http://www.pasteall.org/blend/19984Here’s the link.Look at the blend. Then modify the blend you download.

Here are the pictures.

But with the “Cubic socket Base”

and no direct copying obviously,

Wrong turret, I was thinking your radar was a turret

but we will need a machine gun “Component”

But one issue with that Is I need to code bullets for it
/ammo system so you can re-load an empty turret

Where is the cubic socket base.

Here is a socket cube,
