Ok here is the blender patched with the new nodes(osx 10.5+):

thanks! testing now
Very very impressive and useful, IMO. Been doing a couple workarounds lately to achieving similar effects with the node comp, but took a lot of time, tinkering, and a massive noodle setup. These nodes will definitely be a great addition to my arsenal of node tools. I do hope it gets to trunk once it gets properly tested.
I’d love to test it too. But I’m using a 64-bit Linux Mint 11 (Ubuntu 11.04) system. Hopefully, I could have the chance to get some builds of this.
I hope you don’t mind me posting this over to my blog too > http://reynantem.blogspot.com/2011/09/new-compositor-nodes-patch-for-blender.html
Sorry dude;
Are you on Snowleo?
It runs fine here.
Bytheway dude, patching via terminal is so easy.
agh here at work I’m on snow leo home i’m at lion.
it’s probably just a svn command, I’ll do it at home.
Here is a little how-to-patch:
- Place the patch into the folder you want to compile
- In Terminal go to this folder
- write : patch -p0 < and drag the patch from your folder into terminal and presss enter. Now you are ready to compile
