12 frame per second issues

I have to render 12 fps approx in order not to render for the next 5 years to get this video clip done:-)

Some people say its okay to render 12 fps but I worry it doesnt get smooth enough, so do you have any advice as to how to get a little help smooth wice from either Blender, After effects or Premier Pro??
I´m thinking of whether some of the blend frame options would be suitable here in order to enhance smoothness???

Under render properties is “Sampled Motion Blur”. It’s just “Motion Blur” in Cycles. I haven’t used it except in simple experiments, so I can’t give much info about settings.
