I’m missing the CTRL + TAB shortcut for quick change between the Translate, Rotate, Move manipulator. I can’t find any way of doing it in 2.5, even with the new shortcut customization.
Is anyone know how to?

You might want to take a look at the additional add-ons in this build:
It’s a Win64 build, but any add-on can be taken from the add-on folder and placed or installed into the one you’re using.
If I remember correctly one of them is for the manipulator (manipulator menu?).
Forgive me if I’m mistaken about this…
