I haven’t been able to get dynamic paint working for a project, so I thought I’d set up a test to see if it works at all. I can’t see any results. The plane has been subdivided, so there’s plenty of faces for the paint to work with. Here are all the relevant screenshots. I’ll also attach the blend file.
