Ive downloaded yesterday officlal daily/nightly of 2.8 and it comes with Archipack addon.
On the other hand I used to build myself from blender2.8 repo and it does not contain above addon.
What repo to chek out so to get Archipack included?

It’s there but it’s an older version and it doesn’t seem to work properly. There are no presets for anything which makes it unusable right now. I hope they update to 1.4.0 soon. I use it all the time in my professional work and having to model in 2.79 and then switch to 2.8 will not be very efficient, especially as I often need to adjust settings.
Blender 2.79 will stick to 1.2x version, as we can’t update between releases.
1.3.x + and 1.4_dev are available on github.
I’m working on 2.x version for blender 2.8 (enhanced 1.4x version).
Blender 2.8 ship with archipack 1.2.81 (compatible 1.2x version).
For preset you have to go in addon-preferences and press “render thumbs” in Setup actions.
