I tried to follow two YouTube tutorials about the new water flow simulation in 2.82, but it did not work. I baked the data, but when I played the animation, unlike the YouTube videos’ screen, I could not see anything coming out. Why?

You need to give the Geometry/Inflow some volume (extrude your disk a little) and it should also be completely inside the Domain for it to work correctly (move it down until the top of the disk is below the top of the domain). You will need to re-bake the data and then bake the mesh to see the results.
