the only thing about the chrome on the wheels was the grainy undersampling, but that’s all. this thing …wow!
After all this critique first off I think it’s well done. But I might have to agree slightly with spacetug on the fact that it’s a little boring, not too much, but could be improved with an impressive backdrop. Such as dirt flying and a brilliant sun.
I know this is an older thread but I’ve just been looking up some info on yafaray, the current 2.54 alpha exporter available on the yafaray site is the first time I’ve been able to get the renderer installed and working on my machine in ages. These renders, especially the later two are fantastic and deserve to be in the gallery, they’re a testimony to both the level of Gabich’s skill and the quality that can be achieved in Yafaray if you know what you are doing. (The only minor crit I could give of the later 3/4 side view image is the exterior hdr being used on what looks to be a studio environment) This is 5 star work .
