2D grease pencil portrait painting

I recently started using a feature within grease pencil which allows me to get smooth color transitions and soft blending, and I’m super proud of the results!

I’ve shared this method on my youtube here, and I also have a one-minute summary here.

(How bizarre does the wireframe look though?)

I hope it helps! I’ve been meaning to look into texture painting myself, there must be some cool possibilities for combining it with grease pencil :slight_smile:
