Here is a tutorial I did on 3 Ways to Create Interiors for Buildings In Blender. In this tutorial you will learn about baking textures to a mesh and using that as an interior .
In the second method you will learn how you can use Cube map for faking interiors .
In the third method which I think is more advance one. In this method you will learn how you can use parallax inside of the cubemap.
