360 degree panoramic environment from air (not ground)

Hello,

Exist any solution for blender and 360 degree panoramic environment from air (not ground)?
Eg. I want create animation and duplicate “horse” or own version next to with some camera movements. But this operation doing that any object following by camera and this is issue for me how to solve.
I tried many options around like:

  1. Sphere and camera inside on cor 0,0,0 - scene name “SPHERE”
  2. World with 360 - scene name "Scene

This is other that simple street 360 that surrounding object to reach perspective.

Bellow files that can expose problem. I’m looking option eg. to modify maybe horse as object, or more advanced example as architecture buildings.

You can shoot panos with drones, that’s option 1.

Option 2 is modding the HDR in post to be just a double sky. There’s some examples on HDRI Haven.

But I have panoramic, the question is about how to use objects around in animation case when object should stay on position in relation to background image when camera is moving.

I thinking about experiments around this addon, but not sure…
