3d animation and 3d modeling of internal watch mechanism

:puzzle_piece: Project Overview

I already have a complete 3D model of a wristwatch case (bezel, crown, crystal, strap) in Blender, as well as a rough internal watch mechanism that needs refinement.
The goal is to clean up and complete the internal mechanical parts, and then animate them for a short cinematic visualization intended for a 3D fan hologram display (LED POV hologram).

:artist_palette: Scope of Work

Modeling

  • Refine or rebuild the internal movement: balance wheel, escapement, gear train, rotor, bridges, screws, jewels, etc.
  • Ensure accurate alignment, proper hierarchy, and clean topology for animation.
  • Apply realistic materials (brushed metal, gold accents, sapphire glass) and fix any shading artifacts.

Animation

  • Create a loopable animation showing:
    • Realistic mechanical motion (gear rotation, escapement tick, rotor spin, balance oscillation).
    • Optional exploded/assembly view to visualize the mechanism.
  • Keep motion centered and clean for hologram playback (no edge clipping).
  • Add smooth camera movement, cinematic angles, and subtle lighting.

Output

  • Main deliverable: Loopable MP4 (H.264) with black background, 1080p or 4K resolution.
  • Additional: PNG sequence (optional), still renders, and the final organized .blend file.
  • Hologram display compatibility: fan device (e.g. HD-F35) β€” animation must loop seamlessly and maintain high contrast.

:bullseye: Requirements

  • Proficiency in Blender (modeling, materials, animation, constraints, drivers).
  • Experience with mechanical or product visualization.
  • Understanding of gear timing and motion realism is a plus.
  • Familiarity with creating loopable animations for fan holograms or AR/POV content is highly valued.

:money_bag: Compensation

This is a paid project β€” budget and terms are flexible depending on your experience and quality of work.
Payment via PayPal, Revolut, or preferred platform.

:envelope_with_arrow: How to Apply

Please send me:

  1. A short message about your background and relevant experience.
  2. Links to 2–3 examples of similar mechanical or product animations (Blender preferred).
  3. Your estimated timeline and cost for this project.

Thanks for reading β€” I look forward to collaborating with a skilled artist who can bring this mechanism to life in a holographic format.
