3D camera orientation

Hi everyone,
I’m doing a test shot and this issue is making me go crazy.
I 3D tracked a scene, with o.48px error. The issue is that I can’t set the proper orientation, as you can see in the screenshot I attached. When I try to set the floor, it throws everything off completely. I tried to do it manually by adjusting the camera rotation but the ground (the checkered blender ground) still doesn’t seem to line up because there is a difference in parallax between the 3d cube and the live action objects.
