For this project, I took inspiration from Buildiverse’s Minka House model and a stunning version of it by Angelo Fernandes, whose work I really admire.
My goal was to build a calm, Japanese-inspired environment around a cozy two-story Minka house. Inside, I added touches like tatami mats and shoji doors, while outside I placed cherry blossoms and a pond to create a peaceful setting. I focused a lot on lighting and textures to bring out a warm, tranquil atmosphere and highlight the smaller details throughout the scene.
