Nice. Can you show some wire frame, please. And talk about your studio set and pipeline?
Thx

Ofcourse!
The studio is setup with 6 (‘cheap’ nikon) camera’s on one tripod. I’ve got a white backdrop, some lamps to make even lighting and a rotating platform.

It takes one minute to rotate. The camera’s are controlled by one infrared trigger. Pretty handy if I may say so myself
So the subject has te freeze for one minute and then I take as many photos as I can or think I need. Sometimes Lesser photos turn out beter.

I use Agisoft the make the 3D models out of the scans. Takes a good night but results are fine.
Then I use Warp 3D to retop. the meshes. Works fast. Also great that you can have 2 scans of the same person with different expressions and it can warp between the 2.

It also gives nice uv and a clean texture layout

I used Quixel mixer to create some normal maps from the colormap and also use a basic skin normal map and mixed the 2. Nothing fancy but works great.
