Here’s an early alpha of a three dimensional Tetris game I’m working on.
It was a speed project, so its not the prettiest of things (the code is really hideous), but I managed to crank out an alpha release within a week.
Arrow keys move the current piece
W, S, A, D keys rotate the current piece
Space drops the current piece
Q, E keys rotate the camera
Things on my todo list:
Improve the controls and interface
Start counting the score, and re-do how rows are cleared
Feel free to leave any feedback. I’m especially looking for ways to make the controls less cumbersome.
