3DS Import/Export missing in Blender 2.81

The Import / Export .3DS file function seems missing in Blender 2.81 nor can it be found in the Addon setting.

Is this function deleted or move to other part of the menu?

It’s strange that my release copy of v2.81 has an empty folder of “addons_contrib”. I have to copy the script files from v2.82 Alpha but only the Import option is available, the export option is missing.
