3ds max plugin as blender

yo some friends of mine are making a game and they got a sword thing that moves. apperantly the plugin to make it work for unreal engine is only supported by 3ds max

thats what it needs to do:

does someone know where we can get such plugins or how to make it ourselves?

Late answer, but possibly helpful: It may be useful if you share a link to the plugin that you’re trying to re-create because the description you’ve given is a bit unclear. On the face of things, it sounds like something that you could use with just the FBX or Alembic exporter, but there’s some additional terminology you’re using that is a little weird sounding.
