4.0 Materials Vector Transform Bug? Eevee vs Cycles

With reference to the screenshots below and the attached Blender file, I have some material nodes that work in Blender v3.6 (Eevee + Cycles) but in v4.0 only work in Eevee. In v3.6, the left and right sides of the corresponding are identical.


The material in Cybles is incorrect.


Drilling into the nodes, the Voronoi texture is incorrect


Same in Eevee and Cycles


It looks like the issue is between Combine XYZ and Vector Transform
