where is the ADD ON ??? There is no such thing as Mesh submenu

N panel, in where is also most of the addon tabs

Or for the actual addon its self, that is now on the extensions platform, I guess the manual is wrong.

from the doc it says it needs to be enabled, and no it is not in the N panel, I checked before posting
