I know that it’s not halloween yet, but I just got inspired to make this now xD
While making my previous render, I thought it would be cool to make a pumpkin house. So I did exactly that. Rendered and made in Blender Cycles with 200 samples. Afterwards I did some post processing in the compositor.
Previous halloween render:
I noticed that for halloweenish fog it works best to combine atmospheric lighting with the mist pass, it worked for my scene. Without the atmosphere the mist pass didn’t work for me the way I wanted it to. And the fog wasn’t visible in the render without the mist pass.
