A strange artefact on glossy surface

A strange artefact appears when camera is pointed perpendicular to glossy objects surface. Can anyone explain me how I avoid this?

It’s because you’ve set the IOR on your glass to 0.1.

I’m not aware of any real material with an IOR that low. For example, air is 1.0, water is 1.33, glass is ~1.5, diamond is ~2.4, etc.
