A Text casting a shadow on the Ground

Hey Guys, well as the Title says, i need a text casting a shadow on the Ground. I placed a text in front of a sun lamp, i managed it 1 time but i just forgot how to set it up correctly :<
I’ll attach my project file, so u can have deeper look into it.
Also keep in mind its my first wallpaper work also the first time i rly try to get into blender.

As far as I know, the Sun lamp does not do shadows. You need a spotlight to do that. (Note that there is “shadow-only spotlight” available that only casts shadows.

The size of the sun is too big, you need to change it to 0 for the shadow to show up.
