A textured paint normal map

I am making a modle of my room and im texturing the walls and I need a normal maps of paint on a wall that is like spunged to make it a little bumpy like this. I cant find any that look like that and Im not good enough at sculpting to make one myself so do any of you have one?

Bumpy texture on wall can be made simply and quickly from Clouds texture in Texture buttons panel. Just reduce the NoiseSize to scale down the pattern. And in Materials buttons, Map To tab, use Nor button in conjunction with Nor number setting below on right side.

thanks ridix. I tried that and it looks ok but Id be more happy with a more detailed normal map.

A nice plugin for the gimp can do it for you.

I dont use gimp cuz I have photoshop but thanks anyways.
