I thought I’d try making a battery and texturing it… but I really struggle with texturing more than a few faces at a time, and curved models. How does one do that? And how does one make their own textures instead of trying to find them on google… for some things I’ll just take a picture of something and use the texture right from it. I can’t seem to get this down… Battery AA.blend (480 KB) (that would look cool if they actually made their batteries look like that tho!) lol
I also don’t know how to create a metallic material…
Blender Guru or Blender Nerd I think has a Cycles one too for a battery, but I don’t know for certain.
