Welcome Blender users,

i just created the new QUICK-ADD add-on, with which you can accelerate your workflow.

No more shift-ctrl-s → cursor to selected → select something → shift-ctrl-s → selection to cursor.

Instead:

Just select and press the shortcut → Bone will be positioned.

And as bonus: you can even add empties very quick.

I updated my add-on, now you can also quickly add empties on armatures/bones in edit and pose mode:
