Access from bpy to a C variable

I want to know if it’s possible to modify blender code in order to access to some data from bpy.
Because in the image/uv editor menu, when a uv projection vertex is selected, we have in the right menu the coordinates of the selected point. But they can’t be accessed using bpy… And i would like to get them for an addon.
