Access Instances from Spreadsheet

I can access column name using SpaceSpreadSheet and SpreadsheetColum. I can get column id name using SpreadsheetColumn.id.name but I didn’t know how to access column values and where it is stored. I request go through code i have posted. Before running the code you have to open the spreadsheet. If you solve inform me. The link to my post is

I can get column name from SpreadsheetColumn but how to get column values from SpreadsheetColumn? I have enclosed python code and screen shot. Request any one help.
