accidentaly locrots

while creating the walking animation for my character if i added a locrot (stores information for the location and rotation) but it was too far ahead or too far behind or i didnt want it at all what do i do? ive tried to move or delete it but nothing happens or in the case of trying to move it i change the current frame im on.
if anyone can tell me how to move/delete thatd be great

Goto the Action Editor, you’ll see a list of Bones. MMB-Drag the panel to the left till you see the Keys you want to delete, Press A until All are deselected then Box-Select the vertical row of Keys (white diamonds), and X to delete, or G to slide them (to the left?) to the frame you want that Keyframe to be on.
