action constraint not working


I had rigged one character.
Following the tutorials by respected Mr.Nathan Vegdahl, I had done all the rigging. for the first day everything was fine, my finger controls worked properly, the action constraints were well obeyed by the bones.
but on the second day when I reopened, (2.75a) the action constraint based on action “Finger_Bend.L” was not being obeyed during y scale of the finger control bone. The action data is stored as it was assigned to fake user. I’m also able to take it in the action editor window. and if the bone is selected even the key frames can be seen in the timeline. but then also, the finger bend animation is not working…

totally confused…

can any one help me?

Post a blend file with the armature and some of the mesh with it.
