Action Editor and animation for Games

Hi, I am working on a project and I want to export the model as .FBX file with 3 types of animations for Unity game, But here is big problem. I have 3 Armature animations and 1 “key” animation, which controls some of the vertices. When I export (.fbx), it makes 3 useful animations (armature) and 2 or 3 different one with useless and frozen “animation” (no armature animation, only model with that vertices animation, which I don’t want).
