I am trying to create a label with a certain paper texture, gold foil and varnish. So far I have only figured out how to add the golden foil but not the paper texture and varnish on the “Domaine Bertagna”. HELP! Photos below.

You should be able to mask it the same way you did in the screenshot (or using a MixRGB and Mix factor inside one shader).
Now, the best would be, if your text is completely separate or could be isolated as black/white.
So, is your text separate maybe? Or the whole sticker is one image?
