Add object which parent to bone in animation - blender game

Hi guys.
I create a duck and its animation. Then i have empties which can add object called bubbler when the timer >= 5.
But the bubbler still show per frame animation. I want the bubbler follow the duck, but not per frame of animation.

Am i wrong the logic bricks?
I need your suggestions, guys.
