I decided to go ahead and share this for right now. I would be glad to receive feedback. I have much progress to make on it, but it’s at least half useful. BoomSmash has been integrated with permission. In the header is a Render Icon that activates BoomSmash.
Yes, please continue this. The pose and reset buttons alone are worth it.
Though, it does look kind of cluttered in its current form.
There are so many ways you could achieve a more condensed design here. The less space this window takes up the better. Right now 50% of it is unused space. There are well established abbreviations for all the button labels that maybe should be used instead. And why is OpenSubdiv not a checkbox like all the other bools? And so on and so forth…
I’m sure you’re already aware of most of these issues.
@wiimote. Yes I am aware of these issues. I am learning to program the Blender API as I go. I plan on laying it out better as well as giving the user options on what is visible. Right now I’m implementing features and testing their usefulness.
We’re working on making it clutterless but at this point we’re figuring out what it needs to have, and then we’ll figure out the best place to put it all…
