I’ll post the latest version this WE.
If you want to try the actual version, just put the “shape_presets” folder at your addons blender directory (like blender>2.71>scripts>addons).
Then activate the addon in Blender User Preferences > Addons Tab > Animation Category and check the Shape Keys Presets Addon.
I hope you could port this to 2.80
