These are software, not only plugin.
AXYZ has added export option for Blender in its latest version of ANIMA
You can use internal fire and fluid simulator rather than Chaos Phoenix.
you could try embergen and export as vdb… lots of people are using houdini apprenctice -->vdb–> blender workflow also
