It’s funny, but I’m just the opposite.
I started out with Lightwave( through school), bought a few copies of Animation Master, have used the free versions of XSI and Maya, yet I always come back to Blender. IMO, It’s workflow is unmatched, although I haven’t used Cinema.
All the mentioned apps have more out of the box features, but there’s something about blender’s simplicity that appeals to me.
