I need assistance form an Administrator or Moderator capable of removing the Solution Designation from my post. I did not mark it solved because it is not solved and the person who marked it solved did not even address my issue.

No need for this anymore…
For future reference: a user usually can set, reset the Solved 
setting… for a self made thread… i’m not aware of any restictions (even according time)… even for a new user… or if there are anyif this was done by a user with higher trust level ( and could not find anythign about this…). …so if someone knows… ??
…and… i’m not gonna set this to solved… for specific reasons
