Advanced hair and cloth simulation with cartoony character

I was creating this character for about two weeks, which include hair grooming.
I made a little mistake about the eye position, I wanted to place it above the nose position, but it was too late when I noticed it.
This was pretty hard to render because motion blur on hair was so long to calculate, this is why this video looks so blurry.
And I thought that calculating hair dynamics is not good for short-haired character, it effect is too subtle to see so, maybe it will just waste your time. But I’m still satisfied by the result it created.

I’ll post some settings that I tweaked for the hair simulation later on.
