look inside there are post discussing how to make a prop!
it’s not that simple because it is twisting
mind you this was done in 2.49 and we did not have the twist modifier yet at that time
it could be done in 2.5 but won’t give a precise model only approximative!
using twist does not guarantie the exact shape of the blade in 3D!
the example given is following a plan for the blade in 3D

I could help you! I don’t know how to help you specifically but I will make a quick picture tutorial.

Here is simple cube prop:
Extrude cube out.
Scale down blade tip then add loop cut near base.
Tweak two prop cross section to form airfoil section; flat on far side and crest on this side.
Twist those two sections along propeller length and put it under Subsurf modifier.
Duplicate blade and rotate it.
