I’ve tried to export hair into Unreal Engine 5, but the program refuses to recognize my Alembic file as groom data. Followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5XjRxbwI7A&t=440s Same export settings, Groom plugins are enabled in Unreal editor. Any nuances this tutorial doesnt mention?
So, it turned out there is some limit to the strand number. Lowering it from 250.000 to 120.000 did allow me to import my Alembic file. But now the problem is that hair shading became derpy for some reason. Even if the groom is completely serviceable in Blender
