Hello guys. I did this for lighting practice. I tried to mimic the mood of the Eames scene on The Third and The Seventh by Alex Roman. The original is in the bottom. I used the internal renderer and compositor. Cheers
very very well done. the work in that film was truly beautiful, probably the best 3d work i have ever seen (that or steel life). i would only recommend working on the chair and finding a better background.
i like it, since i havent seen The Third and The Seventh, i wont say much. Blur out the background a bit more.
God, do i love alex romans work and his the third and the seventh piece it gives me a tear every time.
As for your render, it does match the atmosphere of the original. However there is to much bloom and glare to it [The light emitter]. The modeling and texturing is spot on though
Thanks for the critiques guys. I’ll tweak some settings a little more.
