Working on a material for this guy. I still have bit to do on it, but I just would like to hear if you guys have any suggestions.

I wanted to make the material somewhere in between a rock and metal type of material.
this is what I have so far.
Can I ask what is it? statue? robot? organic footage? sculpting? modeling?

Its a sculpture of an alien type of creature I did. I just wanted to see if the materials could be improved in any way, I was going for a glossy rock kind of look.
I can’t say for sure if I’m right or not, because some times is hard to understand what someone else wanna reach, but it’s a pretty cool sculpture and would be nice with something looking rough and soft at same time, but not sure of how much glossy or how much hard rocky look you want.
Look for magma rocks, there is a couple of explanations about glassy rocks and how they’re created, this can be inspiring (if you already don’t searched for it) and can give you a good start point. Don’t forget to take some of the pores, they are a little bit more polished. (I’m using the obsidian reference that I’ve seen, not sure about your references).
And I’m quite curious to see final look.
