Nice render! It has a good underwater feel, and the eyes are cool.
It does have a good other-worldly feel to it while keeping a good level of believability, the slimy skin material looks to be of a real good quality as well.
Overall, a good execution with great atmosphere, did you use Dyntopo for the base by any chance?
