I’m feeling a bit stupid to ask this question over here.
Because i know how to set up nodes to alpha map a leave.
But somehow this time it doesn’t work and i really dont get it, what have i done wrong?

either invert alpha or change mixing order (transparency below)
or share a file (with texture) if it still wouldn’t work
Thanks for your reply! I have tried those options but it didn’t work. Also tried to change the black background into a white, but that also didn’t do the trick.

Try again, your blend file contains no textures !!
The texture doesn’t have any alpha, just a black background.
But since the leaf is basically green and doesn’t have any black in it, you can use a math node set to ‘greater than’, and plug the image on the top socket, put 0 on the bottom, and use it as the factor on the mix shader.
