I need to make a procedural material of cast and ground aluminum, according to the images
I think the most important thing is to stretch a noise on an axis and plug it into the Roughness, something like that:

Stretch some 1 d noise, use bump, or displace depending on look eevee or cycles.
Maybe a separate rougness map too.
look up ior for aluminum, Aluminum ior 1.390 - 1.4
Should get you close
