This is the next model in what is guess is my billiard series. My goal is a model a 12ft snooker table with all the accessories. These projects are letting me experiment with techniques and materials on simpler models so i can figure out exactly how I’m going to do it without overwhelming myself and maybe give me some assets I can take with me into that final model.
I used the same texture for the table cloth as last time (Velour Velvet) and the model is lit with a HDRI (Dancing Hall) with an extra area light above the table. I tweaked the contrast a little in GIMP. Both assets are from Poly Haven.
