You left out the homeless people that are known to litter American streets.
You’re using the blender internal engine I take it? Give cycles a try. It’s really nice.
There’s no texturing on anything. Definitely texture the road and buildings, try to complete the building models, is there a sky? The signs look perfect, though.

@tutorialis you got a start there. Texture more of what’s there already, but add more litter, cars, people, and shop fronts and you should have yourself a pretty nice scene!
