Cooked Asperagus
Butter (I use cholestrol free)
How to:
Cut off the edges of the bread
Put butter on it
Put one stalk of asperagus on one corner, roll it & you have it
Healthy, and quick!

I don’t ever get enough asparagus. noone else in my family likes it. poor…poor me. lol
They come in cans too. Just don’t buy the really cheap brands because the stuff in there is the really tough stalks, and they also cut them up in bits.
